The Organisation
The appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer for our client is an important leadership transition coming almost 10 years after the appointment of its founding, and only CEO to date. Given the history and heritage of the business therefore, the transition will be a sensitive but important matter to manage.
Our client has grown rapidly from a small local team to a national and international network that now employs over 400 staff throughout Australia and overseas. It is a production based solutions company providing specialist service to advertising agencies, corporates, and some of Australia’s leading retailers.
The Ideal Candidate
The mandate demands a highly impressive individual with outstanding relationship management skills. The successful candidate should be media & communications savvy. The individual will be capable of running an ASX listed company and must have an understanding of the market and know "what to say" in response to issues ranging from risk management, print, pre-production, new media and digital operational issues, to funding of existing and new projects.
The individual must be a decisive, demonstrated leader who has the ability to work with a small but focussed and experienced Board. It is paramount that the market responds positively to this appointment based on the individuals profile and demonstrated track record of performance.
