CPA Australia is seeking suitably qualified candidates with expertise and experience outside the accounting and finance professions, in one or more of the following disciplines:
Demonstrated experience in corporate governance and directors' duties and responsibilities is essential. The candidate will possess high standards of ethics, proven leadership skills, be analytically-minded, solutions focused and visionary.
The Board of CPA Australia meets on average 6 to 8 times per year for up to one day with the majority of meetings held in Melbourne.

CPA Australia is seeking suitably qualified candidates with expertise and experience in the accounting and finance professions. To support the skill set of the Board, the successful candidates will bring to the table experience from one or more of the following:

We seek to appoint 2 member Directors, one from each of the broader Singapore and Greater China business communities, to join 10 other Directors from Australia and Asia on the Board of CPA Australia.
