Recently we completed a mail out to some of our contacts to whom the new APRA guidelines will affect.
Executive Chairman, Peter Kronborg and Managing Director, Nicholas Varigos are keen to reiterate OPPEUS International's capability to provide advice on the remuneration aspects of the revised APRA Prudential Standard 510 - Governance.
We are already actively providing advice on the new and challenging matters in the Prudential Standard and the Prudential Practice Guide on Remuneration. Such advice is based on our in-depth knowledge of Remuneration complemented by our extensive experience in Governance.
This advice can be provided in either of the following situations:
- Where external assistance is required in the development or review of the various matters covered in the Prudential Standard and Practice Guide
- Where internal resources have been used but there is a need for an independent "second opinion" on the gap analysis conducted and on any changes planned
Any advice provided by OPPEUS International to you would meet the tests in relation to the independence and potential conflicts of interests of external advisors as specified in the Prudential Practice Guide.
