OPPEUS Governance is pleased to announce that we are now utilizing the Leblanc Board Effectiveness Diagnostic within our Governance services.
As you may know OPPEUS Governance Development Programs focus on performance improvement. We leverage our unique analytical framework, latest global thought leadership and trends, out strategic understanding of business and people drivers, to enable and improve the performance of your Board.
The Leblanc Diagnostic is a benchmarked survey, developed by Dr Richard Leblanc, one of the world’s leading academic thinkers in the area of corporate governance.
The diagnostic is based on the unique WhatWhoHowDo™ framework, developed by Dr Leblanc as a result of in-detail interviews with almost two hundred directors and after observing dozens of boards in action. It provides a unique summary of the board’s effectiveness that benchmarks board performance, highlighting areas of strength and areas where improvement is possible. Importantly it provides the board with a useful tool for benchmark comparison with other cohort boards and against which to measure the outcome of board performance initiatives over time.
The OPPEUS Governance consultants have found that by incorporating the Leblanc Diagnostic tool into our suite of programs it has enhanced our ability to deliver prompt and benchmarked results.
