With multiple companies operating under a holding company, this highly successful group is seeking an outstanding CFO to join the organisation. The CFO role is crucial in strengthening systems, financial performance and governance, across each of the operating businesses and in meeting the group's strategic goals.
The Chief Financial Officer has overall responsibility for accounting, finance and corporate governance across the Group. The role also requires leadership and day to day management of the following responsibilities:
The CFO reports directly to the CEO and will play a key role in the executive leadership team and contribute to the strategic development of the group. The candidate must also be capable of dealing with a range of people including the Board and senior management as well as external auditors, advisors and other key stakeholders.
