Bill is a Specialist Advisor and leads Oppeus International’s Remuneration practice. Areas of expertise include Executive & Director emoluments, executive contracts, compensation & benefits policy, and negotiation strategies relating to remuneration.
Bill is also:
- a recent long-standing Vice-President of the Victorian Council of the Australian Human Resources Institute;
- an external consulting Member of the Government Senior Executive Remuneration Panel for the Victorian Government; and,
- a part-time Executive Coach on career management and transition with Talent Insight (a part of the Talent Resources Group).

Prior to his consulting career, Bill had developed an extensive array of experience in compensation policy and management for domestic, global and expatriate executives, management and staff derived from being the former Head of Remuneration at BHP Billiton.
Bill, in conjunction with accounting and post-graduate studies, holds professional memberships of the Australian Human Resources Institute and the Chartered Secretaries Australia.
