Nicholas Jackson was equity partner of a global management consulting firm before setting up his own consultancy in 2012. He specializes in strategy implementation to which he brings specialist knowhow and experience in organization and job design, executive team alignment and remuneration. He has consulted to executives in the telecommunications, energy, mining, industrial manufacturing, property, consumer goods, government and professional services sectors. He has advised the boards of long-established public companies, companies planning IPOs, government-owned businesses preparing for privatization and organisations engaged in mergers and acquisitions. He has worked across Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia, China and the Middle East - where he recently led a major project related to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. Nicholas was previously a human resources executive, initially in a multi-national oil company and later a government-own gas utility. He holds a B.A. /M.A. (Prelim) from the University of Melbourne and an MBA from Monash University. He is also the director of an aged care provider and a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
