- Specialist independent review on remuneration for a Government Owned Sporting Corporation.
Our Practice Leader in Remuneration was engaged by the Board assess the remuneration strategy for the Chief Executive Officer. Commentary was made on incentives, given that the applicability of this unique organisation is limited by the overall governance of Public Sector organisations put in place by the Victorian Government. - Performance Audit Review for the COAG reform Council .
The COAGRC are one of, if not, the peak reform institutions in Australia. They recognised the need for an independent review to ensure its performance at the optimum level as well as maximising it processes, structures and contributions to deliver best practice governance. - Study in Board Governance Practices
A large ASX Listed Australian corporation. OPPEUS has been commissioned to undertake a research project to study and evaluate the Board governance practices of other large globally listed companies that are recognised as embracing high standards of corporate governance. The information to be used as a benchmark to their own governance framework and practices to ensure international 'best practice' is met. - Performance Audit
OPPEUS have recently undertaken a review of the performance of the peak national council for regulation and competition reform. The review will ensure it's own internal processes, structures and contributions meet the standards of performance as set by their own Board. The OPPEUS Talent practice once again demonstrated international capability with the appointment of a Director of Sustainability for a global diversified industrial and construction group, headquartered in the United Arab Emirates.
A unique experience, this appointment required an individual capable of leading the implementation & commercialisation of sustainable ’Best Practice’ across some 60 subsidiary companies, in the context of $350 billion infrastructure spend occurring throughout the region. Reporting to the Chairman of the organisation, this individual was tasked with building a business platform to service markets in the UAE and beyond. - Leadership Development Program

To enhance their capability for the future, we have been engaged in designing a Leadership Development Program to appraise the leadership talent and its developmental needs for the future. The project encompasses a range of tools customised to the client's needs which will provide a developmental pathway and focus for the leadership group. - Review of Organisation & Structure for University Faculty
OPPEUS and PhillipsKPA, each in their own right being leading firms in organisational transformation in the education sector, came together to offer an unparalleled and formidable level of expertise and experience to deliver the outcomes of this consultancy.
In Phase 1, we worked with the executive, academic and support staff of the Faculty to review the organisational roles and decision making structures. Our review incorporated leading practice for organisation design and governance models appropriate for the tertiary education context, whilst working within the legislative and policy framework of the University. We recommended a structural design that supported efficient and effective operational and strategic management of the Faculty.
In Phase 2 we undertook a comprehensive accountability mapping process to ensure the accountabilities were clearly articulated, allocated to the most appropriate function in the recommended new structure and the complex web of interdependencies was understood.
The work from both phases have formed the basis of a new coherent Faculty organisation and governance structure which has the full understanding and support of key stakeholders. - Turnaround for Sustainability

Our client, an iconic membership body had experienced sustained losses over a period of time.
