Board Benchmarking is a benchmarked survey, developed by one of the world\'s leading academic thinkers in the area of corporate governance. The diagnostic is based on the unique WhatWhoHowDo™ framework, developed as a result of in-detail interviews with almost two hundred directors and after observing dozens of boards in action. It provides a unique summary of the board\'s effectiveness that benchmarks board performance, highlighting areas of strength and areas where improvement is possible. Importantly it provides the board with a useful tool for benchmark comparison with other cohort boards and against which to measure the outcome of board performance initiatives over time.
