W.N. (Bill) Patullo: Specialist Advisor & Head of Remuneration

Bill Patullo is a special advisor to OPPEUS. His specialist skill and advice is in the area of executive & Director emoluments, executive contracts, compensation & benefits policy, and negotiation strategies relating to remuneration.

Bill is also:

• a Vice-President of the Victorian Council of the Australian Human Resources Institute;
• an external consulting Member of the Government Senior Executive Remuneration Panel for the Victorian Government; and,
• a part-time Senior Consultant on career transition with Thomson-DBM Australia Ltd.

His past and present clients have included some of leading organisations in their fields such as AAV Ltd; Allens Arthur Robinson re BHPBilliton; A.R.T. Security; Australian Vinyls Corporation; Ferrier & Hodgson re Pasminco; Henry Walker Eltin Group; OurPeoplePlus re IT&E Ltd; Macpherson & Kelley; Monash University; PaperlinX; PMP Communications; Ticor; and Toyota Motor Corporation Australia.

Prior to his consulting career, Bill had developed an extensive array of experience in compensation policy and management for domestic, global and expatriate executives, management & staff derived from being former head of remuneration at BHPBilliton.

Bill, in conjunction with accounting and post-graduate studies, holds professional memberships of the Australian Human Resources Institute and the Chartered Secretaries Institute.
