Francoise Gelbard-Martin has provided contract executive search research and consulting services since 2002. She conducts C-level searches across all industry sectors. She has extensive experience in filling MD, CEO and NED level roles across both the private and government sectors.
From 2007-2010 Francoise was a Senior Researcher with Talent Partners, the executive search arm of Talent2. She worked alongside the Senior Partners on over 70 search engagements during her tenure, including C-level roles within the health sector. The most notable appointment was the CEO and Non-executive Director appointments for NEHTA in 2008. During the past 18 months Francoise has been an integral part of the team responsible for mapping and engaging with candidates in the health sector for senior executive and board director appointments for clients including Beyond Blue, ACT Health, The Organ & Tissue Authority, and Laverty Healthcare.
Earlier in her career, she was Head of Research and Knowledge Manager for Reddin Consulting. She set up a knowledge management centre as well as implementing and running the research function for their executive search arm. She played a pivotal role on searches across functions including CEO, CFO, and COO at multinationals including Mars, GE and Holden, and across the Victorian government sector.
Prior to that she was the Research Manager for a Sydney based boutique executive search firm specializing in funds management and investment banking. Francoise commenced her career in executive search upon completion of her research based undergraduate degree, with Cambridge Consulting Services, specializing in Investment Banking & Corporate Finance.
Francoise holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Industrial Relations) from the University of New South Wales, as well as undertaking a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investments from the Securities Institute of Australia.
