Originally qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Geoffrey has held Partner and/or senior positions with some of the leading accounting and consulting firms in Australia, including PKF, PriceWaterhouse, and KPMG. He has a wealth of practical experience across a range of sectors. This includes being the Chief Executive of a not-for-profit organisation, a Victorian Government-appointed Board Member, the head of his own consulting practice, and the Australian Practice Leader of balanced scorecard/ performance management/ Board reporting consulting for a major international management consulting firm.
He has over 25 year’s management consulting experience, and has advised leading Australasian organisations on performance improvement, governance, and transformational change. Geoff has particular expertise in devising best practice Board and “C-level” reporting processes, as well as conducting insightful stakeholder surveys and diagnostics, aimed at improving organisational alignment and performance. He specialises in "joining the dots" for organisations.
Geoff was previously the CEO of a leading Australian research company, now known as Insync Surveys, and has been closely involved in the development of the Leblanc Board Effectiveness Diagnostic.
He assists clients across all domains of the OPPEUS business.
