James Lazarus is a key member of the OPPEUS executive search team. He utilises his studies in psychology and business management along with his extensive knowledge of online research tools in executing of senior executive appointments.

James’ professional exposure includes a range of organisations from emerging companies to listed multinationals and global enterprises His experience is focused on corporate assignments. Recent engagements include Directors, Chief Executives, Heads of Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources and numerous specialist and functional leadership roles. His industry experience includes: Financial Services/Investment banking, IT&T, Resources, Property, Professional Services, Manufacturing, Distribution and Health and Education sectors. He has been integrally involved in the delivery of global and local searches.
