Marcele works with OPPEUS as a consultant and researcher, combining her skills as a psychologist with her academic research and development expertise. She has a strong interest in leadership, organisational design, survey design/analysis and qualitative/quantitative data analysis. Thus, she works across the business in executing all aspects of the Search process (for Executive, Manager, Director and Non-Director appointments); delivering accountability maps, organisational reviews, competency frameworks and governance reviews for organisational restructuring assignments; and advising for survey development and delivery. Marcele is currently completing her PhD thesis in leadership, specifically exploring the development of transformational and transactional leadership and the social networks of leaders from an attachment theory perspective. Marcele’s industry experience includes: Health, Education, Legal, Manufacturing and Operations.
