Mr. Kronborg has been a successful Strategic Leadership Advisory professional since 1986. He advises companies, government and NFP organisations on the appointment of directors and senior executives as well as working with boards on strategic governance development and organisational matters.
Peter co-founded OPPEUS in 2002, which has rapidly developed a successful track record and is recognised as a BRW Fast 100 Company which provides Strategic Leadership Advice with unique, innovative and integrated solutions in the domains of Talent, Organisation, Governance and Remuneration.
Commencing his career as a lawyer, Peter worked with a leading commercial law firm, Arthur Robinson, and then as a corporate lawyer with the then multibillion dollar diversified food group Carnation/Nestl� International. His career expanded into marketing, corporate development and general management, rising to a Divisional General Manager and Associate Director.
After 10 years experience in marketing and manufacturing, he joined Myer Limited which shortly thereafter became an integral part of Coles Myer Limited. He became Head of Corporate Strategy and then the 2IC for the largest region in the department store group. Subsequently he embarked on a consulting career as Principal with Egon Zehnder International prior to being appointed as a Managing Partner of Korn/Ferry International.
Peter is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Victoria Councillor since 2004. He is active in a variety of community interests, being a Director on the Athenaeum Club Foundation and is a current Chairman: Victorian Section, Royal Flying Doctor Service and former National Deputy Chairman. He has been on the Advisory Board of Victoria University\'s Centre for International Corporate Governance Research and on the Dean\'s Council of the Monash Law School. He is a past President of the Melbourne University Business School Alumni, and a former Director of the Melbourne Business School, as well as a Founder of the Advisory Council De Bono Institute, 2002.
Mr. Kronborg holds a Bachelor of Jurisprudence and Bachelor of Laws from Monash University, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Melbourne.
