Sue is an experienced Human Resources and Organisational Development professional with over 17 years experience in both consulting and line management roles in the UK, New Zealand and Australia. Sue has worked as a consultant for a number of leading global consulting firms (PwC, Mercer and Right) in organisation development and change management, as well as remuneration consulting.

Sue, with a breadth of experience and knowledge resulting from working with a wide variety of organisations in the private, public and not-for profit sectors is skilled in:

As an HR and OD professional, Sue works with businesses to develop strategies in identifying and aligning people with organisational objectives. Her very strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills enable Sue to understand and resolve complex, interrelated organisational issues and create integrated solutions with the “buy-in” of the key stakeholders.

With a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics & Statistics from Auckland University, New Zealand and a short spell as a trainee actuary, Sue went on to complete MBA in Human Resources Management from City University Business School, London. Sue is a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute (FAHRI) and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (UK equivalent of AHRI). Sue has been an active member the AHRI Victorian Regional Council and convener of the AHRI Awards for Excellence in Victoria since 2006.
