Susanne has more than 20 experience in delivering strategic and communication consultancy to large international brands like IBM, Samsung, Discovery Networks and SOS International, just to mention a few. She has worked with clients across EMEA, US and APAC
She has extensive experience in :
- Helping clients by leading them through creative strategising exercises, thought provoking coaching sessions and an innovative process for problem solving and decision making.
- Facilitating workshops and think-tanks in challenging environments
- Creating and designing workshops that are aimed at setting the tone in times of change.
- Supporting CEOs in their during their first year, including designing First 90 Days Programs.
- Develop and lead stakeholder communications programs as a part of fundamental change management projects
- 12 years experience of being a management team member and trusted advisor to the CEO
- 10 years experience in coaching high level executives to provide an external perspective in times of change, transition or crises
Susanne holds a degree of Political Science from Munich University. She is a Member of the Advisory Board of the Munich’s Management Academy (i.e. Business School) and a certified trainer and coach from the Womens' Business Academy. Susanne is also a lecturer in International Management at the University of Applied Science, Kufstein, Austria.
