OPPEUS Submission to the Productivity Commission Public Inquiry on Executive Remuneration

Jasper Coghlan, Specialist Advisor - Remuneration, has contributed to the Productivity Commission's public inquiry into the regulatory framework around remuneration of directors and executives. OPPEUS International is pleased to contribute to the public inquiry and trusts that the submission will assist the Commission in making recommendations on how the existing framework governing remuneration practices in Australia could be improved.

OPPEUS International has worked with and advises a wide range of companies in Australia and overseas in the areas of both corporate governance and director and executive remuneration. The focus of this submission is on the governance of director and executive remuneration including the role of advisors to company boards.
