Oppeus International Senior Adviser Victor Perton joined the Australian Foreign Minister Julie Bishop MP and the Latin American Ambassadors to Australia at the annual Australian Latin American Business Council Annual (ALABC) Melbourne Dinner.

Sponsor Air New Zealand through its Australian general manager Leanne Geraghty took the opportunity to announce increased flights and capacity through Argentina.

A number of Oppeus clients do business in Latin America and have expansion plans. Oppeus helps these clients find the right leaders and support s them in that leadership through Asia Pacific.

Victor Perton is a former Commissioner to the Americas and has led many trade missions in Latin America. He is a former President of the Australia New Zealand Mexican Chamber of Commerce. He serves on Australia’s Council on Australia Latin American Relations which advises Minister Bishop and administers a grants scheme to enhance and strengthen links between Australia and Latin America, in the priority areas of business, education, sustainability, tourism and cultural promotion.
