By providing global best practice executive search and Non Executive Director search, Oppeus International builds the leadership bench strength for its clients.

By providing bespoke Board Governance reviews specific to the needs of our clients we provide strategic guidance to Boards which assist in the ongoing heightened performance level achievement and alignment of purpose of their own organisation. It also aligns Boards with the executive management of the business/organisation. Our focus is on ‘Performance’, not conformance.

Our Remuneration advice aligns behaviours and rewards. It supports culture and change management programs. In the Boardroom we provide "Independent Advice" to Boards and Chairman of the remuneration committee and in so doing command understanding of management proposed remuneration structures.
