Regarded as a thought leader in social media, innovation, economic development, e-government and regulatory reform, Victor has an outstanding track record of driving organisational and personal transformation, technology and trade & investment initiatives.

Victor served as Senior Adviser in the Australian G20 presidency supporting Australian Treasurer Joe Hockey's leadership of the globally crucial G20 Finance Track of G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors. He worked in the successful G20 Leaders Summit in Brisbane which the Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott describes as "the most important gathering Australia has ever hosted." 

Victor is the former Victorian Commissioner to the Americas promoting inbound foreign direct investment and building supply chain networks in North and South America.

Victor’s past life experience includes 18 years as a parliamentarian, practice as a barrister, mediator, arbitrator, businessman, board service and mentor in the public and private sectors. He was a pioneer in internet political communications, data protection and privacy. Interesting projects have included assessments in Hong Kong for the National Democratic Institute, in Rwanda for the World Bank and South Africa for the British Commonwealth. He has served on commercial and government boards and offers excellence in clear thinking, decision-making and board governance.

Building on his work as Commissioner to the Americas, Victor serves as a Board Member of the Australian Government's Council on Australia Latin America Relations (COALAR). He is a Steering Committee Member, 2015 Global Integrity Summit. He is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Australian Information Industry Association and several other professional organisations.

Victor has outstanding communications skills including speechmaking, speechwriting, media, social media, leading roundtables, conversation and social media.
