Our client seeks 2 qualified seasoned HR professional (10 years minimum experience) to deliver effective and commercial HR services in this progressive and well known financial services organisation.

The candidate

We are seeking high calibre generalists who will have overall responsibility for the design, guidance and delivery within the HR framework.  Relevant tertiary qualifications will distinguish these effective individuals, who have a track record of influencing and managing across a large organisation with key functions including:

  • Employee life cycle
  • Data integrity
  • Industrial relations/Employee relations
  • Culture and the critical importance of people, their diversity and environment management
  • Work Health & Safety

As a change agent, you will have a track record in anticipating and acting on people and business related needs in a timely and effective manner.  These roles are completely about HR contributing to business outcomes and offers genuine career progression.

Candidates will have experience in a sizable company (300+ employees).  An appropriate package consummate with the positions will be negotiated.
